After a full day of talks, insights, and ideas, it's time to slow down and tune in. Journaling - the simple act of writing for yourself and your imagination, is one of the most powerful tools to boost creativity, clarity, and calm. In this short session, you'll get a glimpse into what journaling is, the different types of it and what science says about how it supports imagination and lowers stress levels in your body.
Then we’ll move into a 20-minute guided practice with creative writing. You’ll receive a few journaling prompts - some designed to spark new creative directions, others to help you reflect on what stood out to you during the conference. You don’t need to be a great writer or even like hand-writing. This immersive talk and meet experience to close the day and open new ideas is all about getting your thoughts on paper and letting them take shape. The entire session will be accompanied by an ambient live act by Vojto Monteur, designed to deepen the experience and help you unwind even further.

Vojto Monteur developed a unique electronic guitar sound through theater, drum'n'bass and jazz projects. His instruments are subjected to modulations sounding spacey and ambient - his signature sound recognizable by his polish and japanese fans. Studying possibilities to transform familiar sounds into music is his artistic trademark. Ambient landscapes, mysterious hums, and electro acoustic experiments are characteristic elements of Vojto’s music.
Electronic music and acoustic instruments are the natural landscape for guitarist and producer Vojto Monteur. For eight years he played in the internationally recognized drum’n’bass collective Miloopa as MC and composer. This time led to many interesting cooperations like with Mc Blu rum, Jojo Mayer’s Nerve, Dj first rate and many more.
Nowadays Vojto Monteur is mainly recognized among jazz listeners for his unique guitar sound in EABS and Piotr Rachoń Quartet. He is a guest player i.e. in Leszek Możdzer's PADEREWSKI ORCHESTRA and SYMPHOSPHERE project, playing next to Tia Fuller and Lars Danielsson.
